What Do Sessions Cost?
My Fee Schedule is as follows:
Consultation:
15 minutes (Free)
Individual Therapy:
50-53 minute sessions: $175
45 minute sessions: $135
Couples Therapy:
50 minute session: $200
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not notify me via email at contact@julielamberttherapy.com or by leaving a voicemail at (617) 396-4851, within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be billed $100 for the missed session.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I am not currently contracted with any health insurance companies. Payment arrangements are exclusively between myself and my patients. However, those with an insurance that offers out-of-network benefits may be able to receive reimbursement for sessions. I can provide you with a superbill, which has the necessary requirements to receive reimbursement for services.
Be sure to contact your insurance provider directly to request more specific information about your plan’s reimbursement rate, deductible, and mental health coverage.
Questions to consider asking your insurance company:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage?
If so, what percentage is covered?
Do I have a deductible? What is it and how much of it have I met?
What is the co-pay for a session if I see an out-of-network provider?
How do I submit a request for reimbursement?
What is the reimbursement for CPT code 90834 and 90837?
What is the reimbursement rate for CPT code 90847 (couples)?
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I reserve a limited number of slots for people experiencing financial hardship, including students. These slots are currently unavailable. To inquire more about reduced-fee slots, please email me.
How do you take payment?
Payment is due at the time of service. Payments may be made by credit or debit card.
Are you accepting new patients?
As this varies with my schedule, please reach out directly to find out if I am currently accepting new patients.
